After the IISL General Assembly P.J. Blount took over as the newly elected Executive Secretary and Emeline Inocente began her tenure as the Assistant Executive Secretary.
 P.J. Blount is currently a Research Fellow in Cybersecurity Regulation and Governance at SES and the University of Luxembourg, a position funded by an Industrial Fellowship grant from the Luxembourg National Research Fund.  He also serves as an adjunct Professor in the Ll.M. in Air and Space Law at the University of Mississippi School of Law.  P.J. is no stranger to the IISL having previously served as Assistant Executive Secretary, a member of the Board of Directors, and chair of the PRISM Committee.  In addition to his role as Executive Secretary, he serves as one of the co-editors of the Proceedings of the IISL.

Emeline Inocente has worked as a Deputy Representative for the French Space Agency – CNES in the French Embassy in Moscow, Russia. This resulted in the realization of government and industrial projects, including the signing of the CNES-Roscosmos framework agreement with the CNES President. She also focused on strengthening the ties between the two countries during a mission to Baikonur with the Ambassador of France. Prior to that, she worked with CNES in the French Embassy in Washington D.C, USA and in the Institutional Relations department at Airbus DS, France. Emeline has a background in international cooperation, government relations, business de­velopment and policy analysis.
