In Memoriam | Ernst Fasan (1926-2021)

The international community has suffered an irreplaceable loss with the passing of Ernst Fasan. His intellect was keen, and his foresight unmatched.  Many tributes to Ernst mention his contagious smile, kindness, warmth, friendliness, humor, and professional excellence. IISL President participates in 2021 Space Diplomacy Forum

In July 2021, the Board of Directors of the International Institute of Space Law issued a joint statement concerning the role that the interests of the public and other stakeholders play with regard to commercial space activities. Announcement of APSCO/ESA/CISL SPACE LAW WORKSHOP 2021

IISL institutional members Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO) and China Institute of Space Law (CISL) together with the European Space Agency (ESA) are organising a space law workshop later this year.
