Professor Luboš Perek left us on 17 September 2020

It is so difficult to accept that professor Luboš Perek left us at the age of 101 – we were so accustomed to having his sharp comments and a friendly smile around us! Latin America permanently becomes 5th region in the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition

The International Institute of Space Law (“IISL”) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that by unanimous vote, it has approved Latin America as its 5th Region. Latin America joins the North American, European, Asia Pacific and African Regions. Regional winners receive financial support to attend the World Finals.
